Young Married Life Group

If you are a young couple or newly married, come join our Young Married Life Group – where people of similar ages and situations can help strengthen each other! We will meet at Family Life Church on Friday, June 23 at 7pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Empty Nesters Life Group

Connecting with others is important – regardless of age or status in life. If your “baby birds” have left your “nest” or you are “childless” (or can be for a night), bring a side dish or a dessert to 121 Hollie Circle from 6-8pm on June 16, July 21, August 18, September 22, and October 27. Mark these dates on your calendar and come join us for the fun and fellowship.

Chik Life Group

We believe that it is important for women to meet together with other women – for strength, for support and just for fun! We have periodic events where we gather to fellowship and encourage each other. Watch the calendar for these events!

Family Life Group

Our Family Life Group is to help bring the “big church” experience into a smaller, more intimate setting. When people get together for fellowship, it is easier to build relationships on a more individual level. We have different activities scheduled each month, usually on the third Thursday of the month. Check the bulletin, video announcements or the Calendar of Events at for specifics.

Life Changers Life Group

Life Changers, formerly known as Recovery, is one of the Life Groups at Family Life Church. We seek to minister healing, strength, and guidance to anyone (age 18+) dealing with the issues of life. Our goal is to give you the practical tools to change your life and teach you how to WIN in LIFE! If you are struggling with anything that is holding you captive and/or stealing your peace: addictions, pain, hurts, heartaches, depression, defeat, grief, or life in general, you can find FREEDOM at Life Changers! We meet every Monday at 7pm for a teaching or testimony of God’s goodness, followed by individual prayer groups.

AMP – Men’s Life Group

In our culture and society, it is becoming ever more difficult to stand up and be “a man after God’s own heart.” As Proverbs 27:7 says, “Just as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” (NASB) In 1624, John Donne penned, “No man is an island,” and it is just as true today, perhaps even more so because of today’s societal beliefs, opinions, and pressures. However, together, we are able to discuss and communicate concerning the real issues all men face in order to strengthen each other emotionally and spiritually.

Our Men’s Life Group, called AMP – Activating Men’s Power – meets periodically at Family Life Church for activities and fellowship and to allow men to socialize and strengthen other men.

Our AMP meeting will be on Saturday, August 26 AMP for a Fight Night viewing of the Mayweather ~ McGregor fight at the home of Jerry Fields. Bring $10/person to watch the fight. Food will be provided. Come, bring a friend, & enjoy the fellowship of other men.

You will love being able to celebrate kinship with other men, so come expecting ~ and bring a friend!

Mom’s Life Group

Being a MOM is a special calling with unique challenges and struggles. Our Mom’s Life Group is for any mother (with children of any age) to fellowship together and gain insight, support and encouragement for situations all moms experience. Come join us at FLC on the last Friday of every month at 10am for inspiration and solutions only other mothers can understand and appreciate.

Made to Lead

JPEG image-FD88764CAFC1-1WELCOME to “Made to Lead” – Our Summer 2016 Leadership Initiative!

Our vision is to connect and grow people to lead in their spheres of influence with excellence and purpose.

Lance Wallnau delineates 7 “mountains” of cultural influence:

1. Religion/Church
2. Home
3. Education
4. Business
5. Government
6. Arts and Entertainment
7. Media

Each of us has gifts and talents in one or more of these “mountains” and we are called to lead and have influence in these areas. We are excited to provide leadership/communication workshops that combine Biblical wisdom with practical leadership and success tools to empower you to intentionally lead in your homes, churches, careers, and communities.

We will meet the last Friday of each of the summer months from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Family Life Church.

June 24
July 29
August 26
September 30

Remember, you cannot give those you lead what you do not have. Come join us as we aspire to make a difference in those we lead.

What We Believe

THE BIBLE | We believe that the Bible is the God inspired, infallible Word of God. We believe it to be without error and applicable to all generations (2Timothy 3:16; 1 Corinthians 2:13).

GOD | We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, distinguishable but indivisible (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST | We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, 100% God and 100% man (Luke 1:26-35; John 1:18; Isaiah 7:14; 9:16).

SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH| We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through faith.  It is through the perfect work of the cross of Calvary that we obtain remission of sins (Ephesians 2:8-9; Hebrews 9:12, 22; Romans 5:11).

WATER BAPTISIM | We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the name of the Eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of Christ (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:37-39; 19:1-6).

COMMUNION | We believe that Communion, also called the Lord’s Supper, is for the benefit of all believers (1 Corinthians 11:28-32).

BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT | We believe that every Christian can be baptized in the Holy Spirit.  We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit equips us to minister to the Body of Christ and the lost (Acts 2:1-4; 8:14-17; 10:44-46; Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 3:14-15).

THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT | We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12-14 and as manifested in the Early Church.

HEALING | We believe in divine healing of the sick which is provided for through Jesus’ shed blood (Acts 4:30; Romans 8:11; 1 Corinthians 12:9; James 5:1).

TITHES, OFFERINGS, AND PROSPERITY | We believe the Tithe (the first ten percent of our income)  belongs to the Lord, that offerings are given willingly, and alms are given to the poor. We believe prosperity is the will of God for every believer and always to be associated with God’s purpose for our lives (Deuteronomy 8:18; 2 Corinthians 8:9; 9:6-15).
